PEPPERMINT - The menthol in peppermint oil shrinks swollen nasal membranes and helps open airways. It helps thin mucus so it's easier to expel, and can improve airflow in the sinuses and the lungs. 

ROSEMARY - Rosemary has been commonly used to alleviate coughing and colds. It even is effective against particularly resistant bacteria that cause chronic congestion. Contains natural anti-inflammatory properties that assist in clearing the nasal passage.

CYPRESS - Cypress can ease symptoms of respiratory conditions such as congestion and phlegm build up. It is also known as an antibacterial agent, giving it the ability to treat sinus and respiratory infections.

100% PURE APRICOT KERNEL OIL  (Roll-On) - Lightweight carrier oil that is easily absorbed .Great for all skin types including sensitive skin. Rich in vitamins and fatty acids

HOW TO USE (ROLL-ON): Apply liberally behind the ear, chest, pulse points, or rub in between hands and inhale as often as needed.  * I recommend testing skin sensitivity by applying to inside of the elbow before applying all over. Use as often as needed.

HOW TO USE (INHALER): Hold one nostril closed while holding inhaler up to nose. Inhale deeply. Repeat on other side. Use as often as needed.
